Our roots are founded in our family’s long history on Vancouver Island in BC’s forestry and fishing industries. With a company history of managing land and forests, we maintain a close connection to the community by applying this careful long-term approach to the work we undertake in our development and home building projects.
During the past 25 years our company has evolved to encompass the full range of land management, development, servicing, and home building roles primarily in Capital Regional District.
